The second of the Irish Jurisprudence Society’s Spring Workshops 2013
will take place Thursday, 28 March at 7pm in Trinity College Dublin
Law School. (Room 11 in House 39, New Square; this building is
situated roughly in the centre of Trinity Campus).
Dr Eoin Daly, University College Dublin, will present his paper:
‘A republican defence of the constitutional referendum’
The usual format of IJS workshops will apply: presentation on the
paper (up to 40 minutes) followed by discussion.
